Valentine's day Diy: canvas- showcase

Ecco il secondo progetto fai da te per San Valentino. Ormai la festa è alle porte ed ho pensato a qualcosa di semplice e veloce da regalare per l'occasione. Ho realizzato questa tela che funge da bacheca per conservare messaggi e lettere d'amore :) Ho riciclato una tela e della stoffa per creare una tasca sul fondo. Ho iniziato dipingendo di bianco lo sfondo ed aggiungendo dei cuoricini rossi, ho incollato la stoffa e ho creato anche delle puntine da disegno a forma di freccia con il fimo ed un ago da cucito. Spero l' idea vi piaccia. Vi lascio al video e alle foto ^^ Buon San Valentino.


The second Valentine's day Diy project is ready! I recycled an old canvas to create an interactive showcase. I painted a white and red hearts background using acrylics. On the bottom I put a fabric pocket to store your love messages. On the rest of the canvas you can pin your notes and show post-it. I also made two arrow shape pins, using polymer clay and needles. Valentine's day in felt

San Valentino rappresenta un'ottima opportunità per dare libero sfogo alla creatività! Quest'anno ho pensato di realizzare una piccola serie di video sul mio canale YouTube dedicata a dei facili progetti da creare per l'occasione. Il primo di questi video è dedicato alle creazioni in feltro. Ho scelto questo materiale come punto di partenza e ho realizzato un copri tazza, utile per non bruciarsi quando ci si prepara una tisana o il thè; una busta da lettere originale ed infine, un semplice fiocco rosso per completare l'outfit del giorno di San Valentino. Vi posto di seguito il video tutorial ed alcune delle foto che ho scattato :)

For this Valentine's day I created a mini series to show you many  DIY projects. The first one is dedicated to felt creations. On my YouTube channel you can see the tutorial. I created a mug cover, an envelope and a simply red bow! Hope to be useful! ^^

Smashbook layout - Bowling

Era da tanto tempo che non mi dedicavo un po' al mio smash book, così ho approfittato dell'occasione di raccogliere alcune foto scattate qualche giorno fa, durante una serata al bowling con gli amici. Ho utilizzato le due pagine dello Smash book dedicate al gioco (quelle con i dadi) per creare un layout a tema. Ho ritagliato dei birilli dal cartoncino bianco, ho scelto alcune carte che spezzassero con lo sfondo, qualche timbrata della Stamperia, due carte da poker e un ticket vinto nella sala giochi....ed ecco la mia pagina.. :) Entro la giornata anche il  video dell'intero processo ^^



I'm back with a new Smash book layout, inspired to last night at Bowling. I glued two recycled cardboard skittles, I used stamps, poker cards and washi tapes....and this is the comeout!

Layout- One big happy family

Ecco il quarto ed ultimo layout per il mio progetto... domani posterò il video dell'intero lavoro :) Inizio dalle foto  e vi mostro le tecniche utilizzate.

This is my last layout for the alternative mini album I want to create. Tomorrow I'm going to post the video on YouTube.

Per prima cosa ho posizionato alcuni ritagli di carta scrap che ho fustellato nei bordi. Ho incollato la scritta "One big happy family" su di una striscia di washi tape e ho inserito, dietro la foto, una targhetta su cui ho embossato in dorato il timbro "home sweet home" e su cui ho incollato una chiave ( embossata a sua volta) in pasta polimerica.

First of all I layered some scrap  papers, that I punched. I glued "One big happy family" written on flower washi tape and I added, behind the photo, a tag with the embossed "home sweet home" stamp. On the tag there is a polymer clay key too.

Alla fine ho creato, con uno stencil e il gesso, la fantasia a fiori che decora l'angolo destro.

Lastly, I used stencil and gesso to create a flower decor on the right corner.
